Our generous cancellation & rescheduling policy:
Reservations
It is never too soon to make your spa appointment. Advanced reservations are strongly recommended and assure maximum choice of treatment and therapist availability as we typically book out 2-3 weeks in advance, if not longer. Please contact us at 920-955-2772 to schedule your appointment. Scheduling spa packages, services for groups of 2 or more and all Saturday appointments require a credit card or gift certificate to reserve your appointments. Please have a major credit card or gift certificate number available to secure your reservation. If you are unable to provide us with a credit card or gift card you have the option to come in and prepay for your services. If your appointments are repeatedly changed or canceled without proper notice, we reserve the right to require a credit card to reserve all future appointments.
Cancellations
We do understand life happens and that from time to time an unexpected illness or emergency may cause you to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Because our services are reserved especially for you, as a courtesy to other clients and our staff of professionals we require a 24-hour cancellation notice for any single service and a 48-hour notice for spa packages, couples or groups of 2 or more and all Saturday appointments. In the event of a NO CALL/NO SHOW for your appointments, we reserve the right to charge your credit card or redeem your gift certificate for the full amount of the services scheduled.
Enforcement of Cancellation Policy
When you forget an appointment or cancel at the last minute we miss the chance to fill that appointment time, anyone who is on a waiting list misses the chance to receive a service, and our staff misses the chance to earn money. Please understand that our staff members have families to feed, bills to pay and responsibilities just like you. This is their job and livelihood. When they aren’t treating clients, they are not earning money. We do send reminder texts in advance of appointments as a convenience to our customers. So, as a reminder, in the event of a NO CALL/NO SHOW for your appointments, we reserve the right to charge your credit card or redeem your gift certificate for 100% of the services scheduled.
Text and/or Email Reminders
As a courtesy, we will send a text or email and confirm your service appointments 48 hours prior to your appointment date. However, if we are unable to reach you, please understand that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times to avoid late arrivals, missed appointments and the cancellation fee. Text cancelations are not accepted as they are not always seen. We ask that you call to cancel all appointments.
Late Arrivals
In the event of arriving late for your scheduled appointment, your treatment will still end at the designated time so that our next guest can be served at their scheduled time.
Service Guarantee
At Agea we want to make sure you are happy with the service you received. We pride ourselves on exceptional customer service and
outstanding treatments. If your service was unsatisfactory in any way please let our staff know or call and ask to speak with a member of our management team.
Gift Certificates
Gift certificates can be purchased in any amount and can be used for any spa service or products. Gift certificates are nonrefundable and not redeemable for cash. Agea Spa is not responsible for gift certificates that are lost or stolen.
Tipping
Gratuities are not included in our service price but are certainly appreciated. 15-20% is customary for superior service.

*We reserve the right to refuse treatment or terminate any session due to disrespectful or inappropriate conduct.
